Extra Info
We require socks to be worn in the Outback at all times – But if you forget – “No worries mate”
We have socks available for purchase at the front counter.
We have Bounce Back options for frequent visitors.
Bounce Down Under is specifically designed with both the parent and child in mind. While kids burn off some energy, caregivers can recharge and enjoy free Wi-Fi, large screen televisions and enjoy refreshments from our concession area.
While we like you to relax, watch TV or connect to our free Wi-Fi we really encourage you to take an active role supervising your children during play and spend quality time with your kids. Our trained staff will keep a lookout and ask children to follow the rules of the Outback but it is the parent or supervising adult who is responsible for their behavior.

21. How do you ensure cleanliness at Bounce Down Under?
At a minimum, our equipment is cleaned twice daily and on an as-needed basis. No food or drink is allowed on the activities. Bounce Down Under will sanitize all inflatable surfaces with Swisher products. This is intended to reduce exposure to germs and cross-contamination for all who visit and play at the Outback, making it a much cleaner environment than rented inflatables, school/public playgrounds or daycare centers. Swisher applies an OSHA-approved, FDA-certified solution that is completely safe for human contact but that kills more than 99.9 percent of commonly encountered germs. The formulation has been engineered to deliver residual germ killing power for a minimum of seven days, ensuring that Bounce Down Under’s inflatables are effectively covered from one weekly service to the next.
