Kids MUST wear socks!
We require socks to be worn in the Outback at all times – But if you forget – “No worries mate”
We have socks available for purchase at the front counter.
We have Bounce Back options for frequent visitors.
Bounce Down Under is specifically designed with both the parent and child in mind. While kids burn off some energy, caregivers can recharge and enjoy free Wi-Fi, large screen televisions and enjoy refreshments from our concession area.
While we like you to relax, watch TV or connect to our free Wi-Fi we really encourage you to take an active role supervising your children during play and spend quality time with your kids. Our trained staff will keep a lookout and ask children to follow the rules of the Outback but it is the parent or supervising adult who is responsible for their behavior.
Party Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does Bounce Down Under have private party rooms?
Yes we have 3 private party rooms at Bounce Down Under one of which will be yours for the full 2 hours of the party. We recommend that you spend at least 1/2 an hour at the end celebrating in the room with your loved one, eating pizza and singing happy birthday. An Outback party guide will co-ordinate with you to tailor the party to your needs.
2. How many guests can I invite to a Bounce Down Under Party?
Each party room can accommodate about 30 people (kids/adults). If your party is going to exceed that amount, we do have the option to open up two rooms to form a larger area. Other adults are welcome to wait or relax in our main seating area where they can surf the Internet, watch television, and talk with other parents.
3. What if we have more than 24 total kids?
We can fit about 30 people into one room. Additionally our rooms can be opened up into one larger room but in order to maintain staff-to-child ratios (for safety), we need to be prepared in advance. The additional room is only available with a minimum booking of the Kickin Kangaroo package (24 children) at an additional cost of $120 along with the added cost of $12 per each extra child.
4. What if we have less children come to the party than we booked for?
No problem. We will adjust the package on the day for the amount of children that attend the party. We do not believe it is fair to charge you for kids that do not show up. However, all food orders must be paid for as these cannot be returned.
5. Can parents leave their children with us at our child’s Birthday Party?
Yes we do allow parents or guardians of children invited to your loved ones birthday party to leave their child but you must take responsibility for them and wear that child’s ID bracelet until their parent/guardian returns.

No, a personal Outback Party Guide will help you with planning and take care of the set-up, clean-up and everything in between. You will have many different options to tailor your loved ones party to their needs and an Outback guide will be there to walk you through it. Even help you out to your car with all the gifts and clean up after you leave.

21. How do you ensure cleanliness at Bounce Down Under?
At a minimum, our equipment is cleaned twice daily and on an as-needed basis. No food or drink is allowed on the activities. Bounce Down Under will sanitize all inflatable surfaces with Swisher products. This is intended to reduce exposure to germs and cross-contamination for all who visit and play at the Outback, making it a much cleaner environment than rented inflatables, school/public playgrounds or daycare centers. Swisher applies an OSHA-approved, FDA-certified solution that is completely safe for human contact but that kills more than 99.9 percent of commonly encountered germs. The formulation has been engineered to deliver residual germ killing power for a minimum of seven days, ensuring that Bounce Down Under’s inflatables are effectively covered from one weekly service to the next.
